Switzerland has 1.6 million cows, 1.6 million pigs and a national sausage, so it’s no surprise that meat is on almost every menu. Except at Tibits, where dead animals are verboten. For those of us who don’t eat red meat, it’s a little vegetarian oasis in a carnivorous country.
